Six attorneys promoted to senior associate
Porter Wright is proud to announce six associates have been promoted to Senior Associate.
Allen Carter is a senior associate in the firm’s Litigation Department where his practice focuses on complex business and corporate litigation involving competition and antitrust law, class actions and commercial disputes. He is based in Columbus. Allen earned his J.D. from the Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law and his B.A. from the Ohio State University.
Kirsten Fraser is a senior associate in the firm’s Columbus office, specializing in serving business clients, practicing at the crossroads of litigation and business law. In commercial litigation matters, she has represented a wide variety of industries including healthcare, retail, insurance, telecommunications, oil and gas, and financial services. She earned her J.D. from the George Washington University Law School and her B.A. from the Ohio State University.
Jason Gerken is a senior associate in the firm's Litigation Department and is based in Columbus. Jason focuses his practice on commercial litigation. He earned his J.D. from Capital University Law School and his B.A. from Princeton University.
Jetta Sandin is a senior associate in the Washington, D.C. office and a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on antitrust and competition matters as well as complex commercial litigation. Jetta earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and her B.A. from Boston College.
Sara White a senior associate in the Naples office. She focuses her practice on a variety of complex commercial litigation matters including business and tort litigation and dispute resolution. Sara earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and her B.A. from Asbury College.
Megan Whited is a senior associate in the firm’s Corporate Department where she counsels clients on a wide range of corporate and business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business development and operation, corporate securities, real estate, commercial and retail leasing, and wireless telecommunications. She is based in Columbus. Megan earned her J.D. from Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law and her B.A. from the University of Dayton.
