Complex regulatory requirements imposed by the IRS, SEC, DOL, PBGC and other governmental agencies govern qualified employee benefits plans. Failure to comply with these requirements can have very costly consequences, including plan disqualification. We help our clients avoid these consequences. Should an issue arise, our attorneys represent clients in audits and other plan compliance proceedings. We counsel our clients through the correction process, whether in a self-correction mode or in response to an audit.
