Provisional remedies

Our attorneys help creditors preserve assets that ultimately can be sold or otherwise liquidated to collect amounts owed to them by debtors, using provisional remedies such as pre-judgment attachment and replevin, as well as receivership. Such remedies can prevent the disappearance of valuable business assets, ensuring they are not hidden, transferred or otherwise placed beyond the jurisdiction of the court before our client can obtain a final court judgment that can be satisfied in whole or in part by those assets.
