The WLI offers an annual Women’s Leadership Initiative Summit which is an opportunity for women attorneys from all Porter Wright offices to gather to discuss various issues. In addition, the WLI offers quarterly meetings that have included panel discussions, implicit bias trainings and more.
Porter Wright is a proud founding member of Gender Equity in the Legal Industry (GELI), a consortium of Columbus, Ohio law firms committed to achieving gender equity. This group meets regularly to discuss and work together to implement strategies to improve gender equity in our industry.
