Kate Van Schaik joins Porter Wright’s team in Dayton
Porter Wright is pleased to announce the addition of Kate Van Schaik to the firm’s Dayton office. Kate joins the firm as a member of the Corporate Department and Health Care Practice Group where she will be leveraging her background in contract negotiations and drafting transactional documents to provide clients counsel in areas such as health care, securities compliance, transactions, and regulatory law.

Kate is currently licensed to practice in Maryland and Washington D.C. She received her undergraduate degree from Washington & Jefferson College and her law degree from University of Dayton School of Law.
