Overview

Jason is an associate in the firm's Litigation Department focusing on commercial litigation. Prior to joining Porter Wright, Jason worked at a private-equity investment firm in Chicago where he sourced and structured potential acquisitions of middle market manufacturing and distribution companies.

During law school, Jason mentored first year Legal Research and Writing students as a Teaching Assistant. He was a staff member and Articles Editor on the Capital University Law Review. He also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Jeffrey S. Sutton of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and to the Honorable Gregory L. Frost (retired) of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
