Porter Wright is proud to announce Robert Karl as chair of the firm’s Environmental Practice Group.

Bob focuses his practice in energy and environmental matters, advising clients on matters involving state and federal statutes and regulations. His practice encompasses nearly all of the major environmental programs, and includes permitting, compliance, criminal and civil defense, matters related to real estate, and due diligence related to mergers and acquisitions. He has successfully argued numerous appellate and Supreme Court of Ohio cases. Before entering private practice, Bob served for more than a decade as an Ohio assistant attorney general.
