Porter Wright announces three new senior associates

Porter Wright is pleased to announce that three attorneys have been elevated to senior associate status at the firm. These attorneys include Diana Jia, Hoyt Prindle, and Kaylee Willis.

Diana Jia
Columbus, Ohio

Diana counsels clients on a wide range of matters, including dispute resolution, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, risk management and export control. She advises clients across industries, including manufacturing, health care, real estate, marketing, technology, aviation and telecommunications. Diana serves as Chair of the Greater Columbus Chinese Chamber of Commerce and is the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award® in Contracts. She received her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Beijing Foreign Studies University.

    

Hoyt Prindle
Tampa, Florida
Litigation

Hoyt is a senior associate in the Litigation Department and focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He has experience in litigating breach of contract claims including non-compete, non-solicitation agreements and replevin actions. In the area of professional liability defense, Hoyt focuses on the defense of professional malpractice claims brought against insurance agents and attorneys. Hoyt serves on the Citizens Advisory Committee for the Hillsborough Transportation Planning Organization and is named to Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America®. He received his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, his M.B.A. from the University of Tampa, and his B.S. from Florida State University.

    

Kaylee Willis

Kaylee is an intellectual property attorney who practices in the areas of patent, trademark, and copyright law. She works with clients on a wide variety of technologies, including pharmaceutical and nutritional compositions, biotechnology, biologics, medical devices, consumer products, and product packaging. Kaylee is a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago and Illinois Women in Cannabis, and also is named to Illinois Super Lawyers, Rising Stars Edition. She received her J.D. from University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Loyola University Chicago.
