Porter Wright is proud to announce three new attorneys have been elected to its partnership. The newly named partners are Diana Jia, McDaniel Kelly and Sarah Squillante.

Diana Lingyu Jia

Diana counsels clients on a wide range of corporate and business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, corporate governance and risk management. She is the chair of the Greater Columbus Chinese Chamber of Commerce and has served on its board of directors since 2019. Diana earned her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University and her B.A. from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
Mac Kelly

Mac is a commercial litigator whose practice is focused on helping his clients structure the risk they face in state and federal courts into managed business decisions. He is a graduate of the Cleveland Bridge Builders program which focuses on building civic engagement and collaborative leadership within the Cleveland area. Mac earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and his B.A. from Denison University.
Sarah Squillante

Sarah advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment and labor law matters. She has experience in all phases of litigation and counsels clients on claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation and non-competition. In 2025, Sarah graduated from the Leadership Columbus program – a year-long experiential curriculum centered around key civic themes, including economic development, health and human services, education and public policy. She earned her J.D. from The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law and her B.A. from the University of Michigan.
