Stueber added to Porter Wright’s growing corporate law team in Cleveland

Porter Wright is pleased to welcome Jennifer L. Stueber as an attorney in its downtown Cleveland office. She joins the firm’s Corporate Department and will serve clients in the areas of banking and finance, and real estate.

Jennifer’s transactional background bolsters the firm’s growing corporate bench in Cleveland. She joins a strong team of attorneys at Porter Wright in Cleveland, including partners Shelly LaSalvia and Kirk Roessler, who also serve the banking and finance industry.

Jennifer brings 25 years of strategic and solution-oriented legal acumen assisting organizations with transactions involving public and private finance, real estate, public law, general corporate law and securities. She is well-versed at serving legal needs from large project management to public and private finance, as well as providing counsel on matters involving real estate acquisition and disposition, lien rights, legislative changes, and public bidding and related procurement projects. Jennifer also brings experience serving as bond counsel, issuer’s counsel and underwriters’ counsel.

She received an undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and a J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University.
