Katja Garvey will participate in an American Bar Association panel discussion on June 28, 2021 focusing on professional development in a post-COVID world. Katja, along with other attorneys from around the world will discuss their perspectives on the challenges and ideas for professional growth. 

During the pandemic, career growth and professional development were confronted with a new challenge: the inability to meet face to face with colleagues. Over a year into this "new normal," we are now facing a new challenge with some people wanting to work exclusively from home, some exclusively wanting to be at the workplace and others wanting a certain degree of flexibility. Professional growth, including transitioning or beginning a new role during these times, poses various challenges and we need to learn to pivot and adapt to the latest circumstances. The panel will discuss how to successfully navigate these challenges and will give the audience an appreciation for all of the unique perspectives that we may all face in our latest "return to work" phase of this pandemic.
