Crabtree appointed to leadership position with E-Discovery Practice Group

Porter Wright would like to congratulate Molly Crabtree for her appointment as co-chair of the firm's E-Discovery Practice Group. Crabtree, a partner in the firm's Columbus office, is a thought leader in the management and efficient analysis of electronically stored information.

“Molly has worked with clients to effectively and defensibly protecting themselves from excessive discovery and production costs,” said Jim Curphey, chair of the Litigation Department. “Her leadership makes her uniquely qualified to manage and lead attorneys in this area.”

Crabtree has extensive experience negotiating with the U.S. Department of Justice regarding evolving standards and scopes of production to reduce the burden on companies responding to information requests.

She joins co-chair Jay Yurkiw in leading the E-Discovery Practice Group. Attorneys in this group have managed cost-effective document review projects in a wide variety of cases, including complex commercial cases for Fortune 100 companies, international arbitration disputes, and in litigation brought by federal and state government agencies.

During her more than 18 year career at Porter Wright, Crabtree has been recognized by Ohio Super Lawyers® and Best Lawyers® for commercial litigation.
