Porter Wright is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Patrick Anzevino to the firm’s Columbus, Ohio, office. Patrick will serve as a member of the firm’s Corporate Department and work with clients in the areas of tax, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and real estate matters.

“We are extremely happy to add Patrick to our tax and M&A teams,” said Rick McQuown, chair of Porter Wright’s Corporate Department. “He brings both business and legal acumen to his client service, including previous work as a lawyer at two regional business law firms and as an M&A tax associate at one of the world’s largest accounting firms.”

Patrick is admitted to practice law in both Ohio and Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Ohio State, Pennsylvania and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations. Patrick received his undergraduate degree from John Carroll University and his law degree from University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
