This prestigious honor recognizes the most exceptional emerging leaders who have distinguished themselves in their professions and in the Dayton community.

Kate is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department and Health Care Practice Group. Drawing on years of litigation experience, Kate helps clients proactively address corporate legal challenges, prevent escalation of issues and position themselves for long-term success. She has significant experience negotiating contracts and drafting transactional documents and also counsels clients on securities compliance, transactions and regulatory matters. She currently serves on boards of The We Care Arts and South Community Behavioral Health.
