Tony Graber named to Leadership Dayton Class of 2027

Porter Wright is proud to announce that litigation senior associate Tony Graber has been selected to the 2027 Class of Leadership Dayton, presented by the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce. Tony joins an exclusive group of business leaders chosen for their proven servant leadership and commitment to work together to improve and elevate the greater Dayton area community.

“Participating in Leadership Dayton truly is a once in a lifetime experience,” shares Tami Kirby, Porter Wright’s partner-in-charge in the Dayton market. “I have no doubt the program will positively stretch Tony’s leadership capacity and empower him and his colleagues to advance volunteer service and achieve shared goals throughout our great community.”

For over 50 years, Leadership Dayton has educated and motivated a network of community leaders as one of the oldest continuously operating community leadership programs in the U.S. During the 10-month long educational cohort, participants work together via seminars, small groups, panel discussions, experiential activities and direct interactions to “identify the strengths and needs of the Dayton region and explore ways their skills can be used to serve the community.” Starting with an overnight retreat, the program then winds through monthly full-day immersions towards a closing retreat and graduation. Participants are then matched with a non-profit to strengthen their commitment to volunteer service.

Tami herself participated in Leadership Dayton 15 years ago and understands the tremendous benefit it provides to local leaders. “Being selected is an honor itself, but it’s the life-long connections and commitment to servant leadership in the Dayton community that will continue to give back to Tony for years to come.”

Tony will bring a wealth of business acumen and community stewardship to bear throughout his Leadership Dayton journey. His legal background gained roots at University of Dayton School of Law over a decade ago. Tony’s legal work extends from litigation as his main focus to general corporate law and labor and employment, with experience serving clients in the insurance, financial, real estate, education, construction, and health care industries.

At Porter Wright, Tony serves to foster mentorship and collaboration through his appointment to the firm’s Associate Engagement Committee. He is an active member of the Dayton Bar Association, The Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys and the Defense Research Institute. Tony is named to Best Lawyers: Ones To Watch in America® and Ohio Super Lawyers, Rising Stars Edition, and he was named a Rising Star of Law in Dayton in 2025 by the Dayton Business Journal.
