Porter Wright is proud to announce two attorneys have been elected to partnership in the firm: Laura Jurcevich and Steven Hoying.

Laura counsels employers and employees on business immigration matters and serves as co-chair of the firm’s Immigration Practice Group. She has helped her clients secure permanent maneuver through the immigration maze successfully securing their ability to remain in the United States, both temporarily and permanently. Laura serves on the Executive Committee for the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Professional Ethics Committee for the Columbus Bar Association. She is named to Best Lawyers in America and the Ohio Women’s Bar Foundation Leadership Institute. Laura received her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and her J.D. from The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law.

Steven concentrates his practice on banking and finance and real estate contracts for large corporate organizations, including publicly traded financial services institutions, leading fashion retailers, telecommunications companies and healthcare providers. He represents financial institutions and other commercial lenders, administrative agents and corporate borrowers in large, middle-market, syndicated and asset-based transactions, as well as in real estate financing related to acquisition, construction and development. Steven is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is named to Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America®. Steven received his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, and his master’s degree from The Ohio State University, and his J.D. from University of Chicago Law School.
