Porter Wright appoints Turnbull chair of Class Action Practice Group

Porter Wright is proud to announce Tracey Turnbull, a Cleveland-based partner, has been appointed chair of the firm's Class Action, Mass Torts and MDLs Practice Group. Turnbull has spent her 23 year legal career at Porter Wright and focuses her practice on commercial and employment litigation in state and federal courts.

“Tracey is an established leader at our firm with significant experience in class action claims, and litigating and resolving complex discovery issues,” said Jim Curphey, chair of the Litigation Department at Porter Wright.

In this important role, Turnbull will manage the attorneys across all of the firm’s eight offices that work in this area of law to coordinate, advise and lead them to provide high quality legal counsel.

“She brings the knowledge, experience and leadership necessary to lead this group and cultivate our future leaders,” said Curphey.

Turnbull was recently appointed chair of the Defense Research Institute (DRI) Commercial Litigation Committee. She has been recognized for her work by Ohio Super Lawyers ® and Best Lawyers® in the area of Commercial Litigation.
