Porter Wright adds attorney Corey Shill to growing team in Tampa

Porter Wright is pleased to welcome Corey Shill as an associate in its Tampa office. Corey joins the firm’s Corporate Department and serves clients in the areas of banking and finance, securities, international business and trade, and mergers and acquisitions.

“In addition to his focus on transactional law matters, Corey brings complex commercial litigation experience and worked in the financial services industry prior to his legal career,” shares Larry Ingram, Partner in Charge of Porter Wright’s Tampa office. “We’re eager to add his range of legal capability and talent to our team.”

Corey will advise clients on a range of corporate matters including business formation and structuring, corporate governance, liability exposure and risk management. He is a member of the North Tampa Bar Association. Corey earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and his B.S.B.A. from the University of Central Florida.
