Corey advises clients on a range of corporate matters including business formation and structuring, corporate governance, liability exposure and risk management. In his practice, he regularly drafts and negotiates corporate and commercial agreements, including stock and asset purchase agreements, operating and shareholder agreements, SaaS agreements, indemnification agreements and real estate agreements.

In addition to his transactional practice, Corey has represented clients in complex commercial litigation. He has managed litigation matters for Fortune 500 companies from the initiation of suit through resolution. His litigation experience includes developing case strategy, leading case strategy meetings, taking and defending depositions, participating in mediations and arguing discovery and dispositive motions.

Before attending law school, Corey began his career in finance and accounting working at a publicly traded manufacturing company and a boutique accounting firm.
