McGrane Pledger added to Porter Wright’s litigation team in Naples

Porter Wright is pleased to welcome McGrane Pledger as an associate in the Naples market. He joins the firm’s Litigation Department and brings experience in legal research, case and discovery management, and drafting memoranda, pleadings and motions for clients.

Before joining Porter Wright, McGrane counseled businesses on entity formation, contract drafting and negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. He also represented clients in commercial disputes and developed practical strategies to resolve matters efficiently through negotiation, alternative dispute resolution and courtroom advocacy.

McGrane is admitted to practice in Florida and Nebraska. He earned his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law, his B.A. from Bellevue University and his A.A. from Laney College.
