McGrane is an associate in the Litigation Department, where he contributes to the firm’s litigation practice with a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and case management. His experience includes researching and drafting memoranda, pleadings, and motions, managing discovery, and advising clients on corporate governance, contract negotiations, and a broad range of business transactions.

Prior to joining Porter Wright, McGrane counseled businesses on entity formation, contract drafting and negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. In his corporate practice, he represented clients in commercial disputes, developed practical strategies to resolve matters efficiently through negotiation, alternative dispute resolution, and courtroom advocacy.
