Lawdragon names Jim King, Ned Searby and Candi Taggart to 500 Leading Litigators in America

For the fifth year in a row, three Porter Wright attorneys have been named to the Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigators in America listing. Those listed for 2027 include:

• Jim King – Columbus | Commercial & Business Litigation
• Ned Searby – Cleveland | White Collar, Investigations; Appellate
• Candi Taggart – Cincinnati | Product Liability, Legal Malpractice, Complex Commercial

This latest class of honorees marks Lawdragon’s fifth edition assessing and spotlighting America’s top talent who overwhelmingly “excel at the art of advocacy before juries, judges and other decision makers on behalf of their clients,” according to Lawdragon editors. “They represent securities litigators on both sides, mass tort defenders and plaintiffs, criminal defense lawyers and white-collar experts. There are appellate artists, class action stars, energy experts and IP and trade secret lawyers. Among many, many others.”

Litigators are selected through attorney nomination and independent identification of candidates through a journalistic research process. According to Lawdragon, “We research each guide extensively, studying which lawyers and law practices have had significant impact, including an emphasis on recent matters handled.
