Elaine Brooks joins Porter Wright’s estate planning team in Dayton

Porter Wright is pleased to welcome Elaine Brooks as a senior attorney on the firm’s estate planning and personal wealth team in Dayton. She advises individuals, families and business owners on estate planning, asset protection, Medicaid and retirement planning, and business succession matters.

Elaine works closely with clients to understand their goals and develop strategies to preserve wealth and provide for future generations. Her practice includes wills and revocable trusts, and sophisticated planning involving Medicaid Asset Protection Trusts, Domestic Asset Protection Trusts, Ohio Legacy Trusts, irrevocable trusts and other customized estate planning structures.

Elaine is admitted to practice in Ohio and Indiana and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association’s Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law Section. She is also a Certified Public Accountant. Elaine received her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law and her B.B.A. from the University of Georgia.
