Overview
Elaine advises individuals, families, and business owners on a broad range of estate planning, asset protection, Medicaid planning, retirement planning, and business succession matters. She works closely with clients to understand their unique goals and circumstances and develop comprehensive planning strategies designed to protect assets, preserve wealth, and provide for future generations.
Her practice includes the preparation of wills and revocable trusts, as well as more sophisticated planning involving Medicaid Asset Protection Trusts (MAPTs), Domestic Asset Protection Trusts (DAPTs), irrevocable trusts, and other customized estate planning structures.
