Jim Curphey and Kirsten Fraser will present a seminar for the Ohio State Bar Association titled, "The Arbitration Alternative: Commercial Disputes--Move from the Courthouse to the Conference Room," on Thursday, Dec. 22, 2016. Jim and Kirsten will provide information about commercial arbitration, including how to draft arbitration clauses and tips for succeeding in arbitration. This course is approved for three hours of general CLE credit.
