Overview

Zachary is a senior associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. He represents both public and private companies in complex commercial disputes. He is involved in all phases of litigation, working closely with senior attorneys and clients to develop effective case strategies tailored to each matter. His practice includes conducting in-depth legal research, advising on key issues, drafting pleadings and motions, managing written discovery and negotiating and preparing settlement agreements and commercial contracts. He also has experience preparing for and taking depositions and helping to build strong, evidence-based cases.

A veteran of the United States Army, Zachary began his legal career in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps, where he built significant courtroom experience serving as both a federal prosecutor and a criminal defense attorney. He remains committed to supporting veterans, continuing this work through pro bono advocacy.

Following his military service, Zachary clerked for the Honorable Rodney Smith of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, further strengthening his litigation background.

While in law school, Zachary was inducted into the Woolsack Honor Society and served as a Senior Editor of the Penn State Law Review. He also graduated with honors from Grove City College.
