Su is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Department and Immigration Practice Group, with deep experience spanning Chinese and American legal systems. With a versatile skillset, Su seamlessly navigates complex legal terrains, regularly serving as co-counsel alongside U.S. attorneys for Chinese enterprises embarking on ventures within the United States.

Beyond her legal practice, she is actively engaged in fostering connections within the business community, particularly through her involvement in the Greater Cleveland Chinese Chamber of Commerce. As Executive Director, she spearheads initiatives to bridge Northeast Ohio with the global stage, organizing conferences, delegations and collaborative efforts with local and international partners. She is also an adjunct professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a proud member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
