Porter Wright is proud to announce that Senior Associate Sarah Squillante has successfully completed the Leadership Columbus Signature Program, one of Central Ohio’s most respected community leadership development initiatives.

Leadership Columbus offers a year-long experiential curriculum designed to connect professionals with a deeper understanding of the Columbus region and the challenges and opportunities facing its communities. As part of the 56-member 2025 class, Sarah participated in monthly program days centered around key civic themes, including economic development, health and human services, education and public policy. These sessions featured site visits and conversations with leaders across a wide range of industries and sectors.

In addition to her coursework, Sarah worked with a small team of classmates on a capacity-building project for a nonprofit organization. Her group partnered with Buddy Up for Life, an organization founded in Columbus that offers adaptive athletics and life skills programming for young people with Down Syndrome.

Through Leadership Columbus, Sarah deepened her understanding of the city’s evolving needs and strengthened her ongoing commitment to building stronger communities through philanthropy and purpose-driven action.
