Overview
Rose is an associate in the Litigation Department, where she contributes to the firm’s litigation practice with a strong foundation in legal research, writing and case preparation. She focuses her practice in the areas of commercial and construction litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, she served as a summer associate at Porter Wright, where she gained hands-on experience in both commercial and tort litigation by assisting attorneys in legal research and drafting legal memoranda and motions. She also worked as a municipal unit law clerk at the Franklin County Public Defender’s Office, assisting attorneys with legal research, court filings and client intake, including income qualification assessments.
Additionally, she externed for Justice Michael Donnelly at the Supreme Court of Ohio, where she researched legal issues, drafted case briefs and observed oral arguments, deepening her understanding of appellate advocacy and judicial decision-making. In law school, she participated in the Milton and Charlotte Kramer Criminal Justice Law Clinic, assisting in the representation of individuals charged with OVIs. She was also the captain of the international criminal court moot court team and is a distinguished member of the Order of the Barristers.
