Porter Wright is proud to share partner Randi Ellias was appointed chair to the American Bar Association TIPS Excess Surplus Lines and Reinsurance Committee (ESLR). Ellias now leads the committee that focuses on the relationship between excess and primary insurers, the laws and regulations applicable to surplus lines, and reinsurance-specific issues. The one-year term began in mid-August.
