Porter Wright adds real estate lawyer James Killeen to growing Pittsburgh team
Porter Wright is proud to announce that James P. Killeen has joined the firm in Pittsburgh as a partner in its Real Estate Practice Group. James provides counsel on all aspects of real estate transactions and is a licensed title agent.
“The extensive capabilities and experience James brings in real estate law and real estate settlement services further bolsters the firm’s prominent real estate practice,” shares Tim Gallagher, partner-in-charge of Porter Wright’s Pittsburgh office. “We are very excited to welcome him to our growing team!”
In addition to his commercial real estate transactional work, James serves as title counsel and settlement agent for Heritage Land Abstract LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Porter Wright. He also serves as litigation counsel for local and national real estate companies and title insurance groups.
James is a member of the Pennsylvania and New York State Bar Associations, as well as the Allegheny County Bar Association. He is recognized by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers®, Rising Stars Edition. James received his undergraduate degree from Duquesne University, cum laude, and his law degree from University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
