Nate concentrates his practice on a wide range of corporate matters including private equity, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law and transactional tax matters.

Nate advises clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, including drafting and negotiating asset and stock purchase agreements, employment agreements, redemption agreements, financing documents and other primary transaction agreements. He also manages and coordinates diligence workstreams, with experience analyzing material contracts, employment arrangements, real estate leases and other key business agreements.

Prior to his legal career, Nate gained valuable experience at a Big Four accounting firm in its mergers and acquisitions department, where he advised corporate and private equity clients on tax structuring and modeling for buy-side and sell-side transactions, supported domestic and international clients on M&A, carve-outs, restructurings, financing, dispositions and post-transaction matters.
