Overview
Michalea leverages her diverse experience in private practice, as in-house counsel at a major university and in chambers to counsel clients in a wide range of labor and employment matters. She has significant experience advising both public and private sector employers.
Most recently, Michalea clerked for Chief District Judge Sarah D. Morrison and Magistrate Judge Chelsey M. Vascura, where she played a central role in chambers operations and case adjudication.
Michalea has also served as an adjunct lecturer at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she has taught Depositions and Employment Discrimination courses.
