According to BTI Consulting Group, Porter Wright associates identified the firm as “Distinguished” in the activities driving associate job satisfaction, earning the firm a place among the prestigious BTI Associate Satisfaction A-Listers 2026.

The BTI report highlights a shifting landscape in associate retention and engagement across the legal industry.

• Strong overall job satisfaction
