Porter Wright is pleased to announce that attorney Anya Lernatovych has joined the firm’s Pittsburgh office. She is a member of the Corporate Department and will serve clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, private equity transactions, and complex corporate and business law-related matters.

Anya counsels public and private companies on domestic and cross-border transactions where she drafts, reviews and negotiates a broad range of intricate commercial agreements. She also advises clients on day-to-day general corporate and contract matters, including risk management and compliance.

Recently, Anya was named to Pittsburgh Magazine’s 2022 40 Under 40 listing. She received her law degree from Duquesne University School of Law, cum laude, a B.S. in Business Administration from Duquesne University, summa cum laude, a B.A. in International Relations from Duquesne University, summa cum laude, and a B.B.A. from ICN Business School, summa cum laude.
