Her experience includes representing companies in the financial services, manufacturing, and aviation industries.

Meredith handles matters through all stages of litigation, from initial investigation and pre-litigation strategy through discovery, dispositive motions, and trial and hearing preparation. She drafts pleadings and motions, manages complex discovery and document productions, and prepares and participates in depositions and witness examinations at evidentiary hearings.

Meredith also counsels clients on potential claims and defenses, litigation strategy, and opportunities for early resolution, including through mediation and other alternative dispute resolution.
