Schraff reappointed by Gov. DeWine to statewide committee

Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine has reappointed Porter Wright attorney Chris Schraff to the Ohio Department of Health’s Sewage Treatment System Technical Advisory Committee (TAC).

Chris practices in Porter Wright’s Environmental, Energy, and Government & Regulatory Affairs Practice Groups, with an emphasis on matters involving the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, CERCLA and RCRA matters, wetlands regulation, pretreatment requirements, state and local environmental statutes and regulations, and lender and fiduciary liability issues.

This will be Chris’s second three-year term on the TAC Committee.
