Sarah Squillante welcomed to Porter Wright’s Labor Department

Porter Wright is pleased to announce the addition of Sarah K. Squillante as an associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment Department in Columbus, Ohio. She assists clients in the areas of leave, FMLA and ADA reasonable accommodation counseling, state and federal workplace safety and health, and employment litigation.

Sarah’s experience includes advising and representing employers in a broad range of employment law matters. She serves clients in all phases of litigation and counsel in claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation and non-compete. Sarah also represents employers before administrative agencies, including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Ohio Civil Rights Commission (OCRC), the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission, and various state agencies in states with approved OSHA plans.

Sarah’s prior work experience includes a fellowship at a Columbus-based, privately-held company where she worked alongside in-house counsel on employment matters. She is a member of the Ohio State and American Bar Associations. Sarah completed her B.A. at the University of Michigan and her J.D. at The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law.
