Porter Wright welcomes two associates, Jacey Hanley and Shrey Patel

Porter Wright is proud to announce that two new associates have joined the firm.

Jacey Hanley focuses on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions and contract review. She brings valuable experience from her time as a Summer Clerk with the firm, where she gained early insight into corporate practice. Jacey has worked on a wide range of legal matters, including drafting agreements for professional and collegiate athletes, filing trademark applications, revising estate plans, preparing securities arbitration claims and assisting in the representation of Major League Baseball teams in salary arbitration hearings.

She earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and her B.S. from Florida State University and will be based in the firm’s Tampa office.

Shrey Patel maintains a general corporate practice with a focus on estate planning and wealth management.  He brings hands-on experience from his time as a Summer Clerk at the firm, contributing to matters involving corporate litigation, estate planning, corporate transactions and real estate finance. Prior to joining Porter Wright, Shrey gained in-house legal experience as a legal extern at Bacardi-Martini, Inc., where he reviewed and drafted corporate partnership agreements and as a legal intern at NextEra Energy, Inc., primarily assisting with corporate governance and restructuring matters. 

He earned his J.D. from University of Miami School of Law and his B.S. from University of Miami and will be based in the firm’s Naples office.
