Porter Wright welcomes senior associate Tony Graber in Dayton

Porter Wright is pleased to announce the addition of Tony Graber to the Dayton office as a senior associate in the Litigation Department. Specializing in civil litigation, Tony has substantial experience regarding first- and third-party defense, bad faith claims, coverage opinions, and subrogation matters. Tony will continue his focus on civil litigation, including commercial disputes and creditor-debtor matters, while also working on general corporate representation for clients. His practical experience is highlighted by student clerkships in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, where he worked under the guidance of Honorable Thomas M. Rose and Honorable Michael J. Newman.

Tony is an active member of several legal associations, including the Dayton Bar Association, the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, and the Defense Research Institute. Prior to joining the firm, Tony served as a Staff Attorney for the Ohio Twelfth District Court of Appeals. Tony is a graduate of University of Dayton School of Law and Ohio University.
