Porter Wright welcomes Barrett Principe in Cleveland

Porter Wright is pleased to announce that Barrett Principe has joined the firm’s Cleveland office as a senior associate in the Corporate Department. Barrett will focus his practice in real estate and banking and finance.

Barrett has a wealth of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, construction, easements, zoning and related due diligence matters. He has provided counsel to a variety of clients including private equity firms, financial institutions, commercial real estate owners, Fortune 500 companies and communication infrastructure companies. Prior to joining the firm, he gained significant experience handling intricate transactions and legal matters across multiple sectors.

Barrett holds his law degree from Cleveland State University College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Boston College.
