Porter Wright names Fazio and Hanft as new partners

About Fazio
Fazio, a partner in the firm’s Corporate Department, is based out of the firm’s Cleveland and Pittsburgh offices. As an accomplished business lawyer, he brings strong experience representing clients on a wide array of corporate and business law matters. He earned a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, cum laude and holds a J.D. from Duke University School of Law.
About Hanft
Hanft, a partner in the firm’s Employee Benefits Department, is based in the firm’s Columbus office. He assists both private and public companies, non-profit entities and governmental entities in all facets of employee benefit plan legal compliance, operation and administration. He earned his B.A. from The Ohio State University and holds a J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
