New staff attorney joins Porter Wright

Porter Wright is proud to announce Bree O’Neal has joined the firm’s Columbus office as a staff attorney.

Bree focuses her practice on civil and commercial litigation matters, drawing on her experience representing the state of Ohio in complex property acquisition and infrastructure-related disputes. She advises clients through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, mediation, trial preparation and appellate matters, while also providing strategic counsel on commercial law issues, regulatory matters and business disputes.

Bree O'Neal earned her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2024, where she served as student publications editor for the Ohio State Technology Law Journal Editorial Board. She earned her B.A., cum laude, from The Ohio State University in 2019.
