Mitchell Ray joins Porter Wright’s Litigation Department in Cincinnati

Porter Wright is pleased to announce the addition of Mitchell Ray as a senior attorney in the Litigation Department. Mitchell focuses his practice on construction.

Mitchell has served as full-service commercial general counsel to numerous businesses, advising on a wide range of matters including litigation, collections, employment issues, vendor contracts, buy/sell agreements and leases. He regularly provides in-depth legal analysis to businesses, ensuring compliance with key regulations such as HIPAA, FLSA, FMLA and ADA, while advising on best practices for hiring, firing and internal policies.

Mitchell received his law degree from Capital University Law School and his undergraduate degree from DePauw University.
