Jessica Alley certified as Florida Supreme Court Circuit Mediator

Porter Wright is pleased to congratulate partner Jessica Alley for her certification as a Florida Supreme Court Circuit Court Mediator.

Jessica is a seasoned litigator who represents clients in a multitude of industries, including insurance, legal and healthcare. She litigates in state and federal courts and handles private arbitrations.

Jessica completed the mediation training program through the Florida Supreme Court to add this certification to her credentials and expand the ways she can help her clients reach their goals.

“Litigants are often going through something very personal. Many times, both sides feel wronged, and it can be an incredibly stressful time for everyone. With mediation, I get to focus on finding the common ground and building from that foundation towards a resolution,” she said. Jessica feels as though her mediation practice is an extension of her litigation practice in many ways, but both focus on one thing – having the client’s best interest in mind.
