Jeremy Siegfried selected to Lawdragon’s 2027 Leading Dealmakers guide

Porter Wright partner Jeremy Siegfried has been named to the 2027 Lawdragon 500 Leading Dealmakers guide. In its seventh edition, the guide reviews and selects those M&A, corporate, securities, finance, private equity, corporate governance and ESG leaders who handle some of the largest deals in the U.S and around the globe.

Jeremy leads the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group where he counsels clients on public and private company mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, federal and state securities laws, business formation, and on other general corporate matters. He serves clients across a range of industries, including technology, retail, manufacturing, food and beverage, software, and telecommunications.

According to Lawdragon, its Leading Dealmakers guide “spans the full sweep of transactional excellence: M&A and private equity, capital markets and finance, governance and shareholder activism, and the tax, antitrust and regulatory specialists without whom no significant deal gets done.” Lawdragon guides recognize lawyers with at least 10 years in practice who have demonstrated leadership within their practice, firm and bar organizations. Honorees are chosen by Lawdragon’s editorial team through nominations, independent research and peer vetting.
