Eleanor Tosti joins Porter Wright’s Litigation Department in Columbus
Porter Wright is pleased to announce that Eleanor Tosti has joined the firm’s Columbus office as an associate in the Litigation Department. Eleanor has experience representing clients in commercial contract disputes, corporate governance matters and business torts.
In addition to her commercial litigation practice, Eleanor has successfully defended clients against discrimination charges filed with the Ohio Civil Rights Commission (OCRC) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
“Eleanor’s depth of experience and strategic approach to litigation will make her a strong advocate for our clients,” said Jim King, chair of the Litigation Department.
Before joining the firm, Eleanor clerked for the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Frauds Division, where she contributed to fraud investigations, particularly in Qui Tam actions under the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback statute, and Stark law. She also gained experience in healthcare law during her internship with the Medical Legal Partnership Boston.
