Overview
Eleanor is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. She has experience representing clients in commercial contract disputes, corporate governance matters, and business torts, including breach of fiduciary duty and tortious interference claims.
Eleanor has also successfully defended clients against discrimination charges filed with the Ohio Civil Rights Commission (OCRC) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
Earlier in her career, Eleanor was a clerk for the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Frauds Division, where she supported attorneys in fraud investigations, particularly in Qui Tam actions under the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback statute, and Stark law. She also interned at the Medical Legal Partnership Boston, focusing on healthcare law.
