Construction litigator Jim Malloy joins Porter Wright in Pittsburgh

Porter Wright is pleased to welcome Jim Malloy to the firm’s expanding litigation team in Pittsburgh. Jim has more than 20 years of experience representing clients in state and federal litigation, arbitration, lien proceedings and mediation on a wide range of construction claims and insurance disputes.

Jim has served as lead and trial counsel in multi-million-dollar matters involving energy facilities, wind farms, tunnels, high-speed rail and residential construction. He also advises clients on insurance coverage issues arising from construction and commercial disputes.

Jim is a member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations and serves on the AAA Construction Panel of Arbitrators. He is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America^®. Jim received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Duquesne University School of Law and his B.S., cum laude, from Allegheny College.
