Attorneys Sunny Yang and Marty Miller will present during the 2021 China Cross-Border E-Commerce Fair on Sept. 23, 2021. 

Sunny will discuss "Common Legal Issues to Consider with Cross-Border E-Commerce," and give an introduction of legal issues related to the formation of business entities, import-export, contract terms, compliance issues and IP issues that a business should considering when selling on e-commerce platforms in the U.S.  

Marty will discuss “Avoiding Intellectual Property Issues When Selling on E-Commerce Platforms in the U.S.,” and give an overview of the Intellectual Property law in the U.S., and what those businesses should consider to avoid IP issues.
